Our Chapter History:
In 1949, the officers of Palestine Lodge #189, A.F.&A.M. actively pursued the idea of sponsoring a DeMolay Chapter. A committee was formed, and Gordon B. Littlepage, Jr., a Senior DeMolay and Past Master Councilor of Belvidere Chapter, was appointed chairman of a group to initiate the necessary procedures to bring a Chapter into being. On August 15th, 1950, Catonsville - Palestine Chapter was instituted by Belvidere Chapter with impressive ceremonies.
Today Catonsville - Palestine Chapter continues in the impressive tradition of serving the Catonsville and greater Baltimore community. It is active in helping good young men become better, so that when they become adults they will be able to assume the roles of leadership which is vital to the needs of our community.
